On Friday, October 11, 2024, a seminar titled “Leadership, Teamwork & Mental Resilience” was held at the St. Nicholas Business Club, specifically in the DNV HELLAS conference room. The seminar was presented by the distinguished International Professional Learning & Development Strategist and Trainer, Mr. Spyros Kottoris.
The seminar aimed to equip business owners, CEOs, and managers with strategic actions, practical tools, and techniques to lead their teams toward excellence in today’s demanding and constantly changing business environment. By enhancing leadership skills, promoting teamwork, and fostering mental resilience, participants gained essential capabilities to address the challenges of modern business realities.
It is noteworthy that participants received a certificate of attendance from Mr. Kottoris‘ company, Conferia Learning & Development.
Mr. Spyros Kottoris, an International Professional Learning & Development Strategist and Trainer, is the founder of Conferia Learning & Development, which focuses on skill development (upskilling and reskilling) to support workplaces investing in Artificial Intelligence, Sustainability (ESG), and Innovation.
Following the seminar, attendees enjoyed a buffet featuring finger foods, pastries, coffee, tea, fresh orange juice, and homemade lemonade. They later had the opportunity to network with other attendees and exchange ideas in a warm and welcoming environment during a drinks reception at the Executive’s Bar-Hall of A General Group, accompanied by music.
