THE FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT OF ST’ NICHOLAS BUSINESS CLUB
Mr. Dimitris Matthaiou is the founder and President of the esteemed ‘St. Nicholas Business Club’, CEO of two Maritime Companies, Arcadia Shipmanagement and Aegean Bulk, President of AHEPA Maritime Chapter HJ-45 ‘St. Nicholas,’ and Chairman of the
Green Award Foundation.
His vision for St. Nicholas Business Club is to be established as a premium club, not only for business meetings but also for organizing philanthropic activities, aiming to make a strong social impact. The St. Nicholas Business Club will be a space for exchanging ideas, fostering collaboration, and mutual support.
Our goal is to act in excellence and the purpose is the creation of a dynamic community that combines entrepreneurship, philanthropy, and culture.

Membership Packages
for Club members
REGULAR MEMBERSHIP
The annual fee for regular members amounts to €600.
Also, for members under 30 years old, the fee is €300.
CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
The annual fee for companies wishing to enroll up to 3 members is €1,500. While for up to 2 members, the fee is €1,000.
In both of the above cases, each member separately completes the membership application, which is attached together with the company’s membership application.
The company is responsible for the members it enrolls and is obligated to inform the club’s secretary in writing if any of its members departs, in order for their removal to be automatically processed.
The company also has the right to replace any departing member with another new member in writing.
